CASE UPDATE: Palm Coast Man Who Exposed Himself in Drive-Thru Sentenced to Sex Offender Probation
Date:Thursday, August 20, 2026
BUNNELL, Fla. — Luke Dudkewic, 33, of Palm Coast, who was arrested by the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office in April for exposing himself to a minor in a fast-food drive-thru, has been convicted and sentenced.
On Aug. 19, Dudkewic pleaded guilty to lewd or lascivious exhibition by an offender 18 years of age or older in the presence of a victim who is less than 16 years of age. Following his plea, Circuit Judge Dawn Nichols sentenced him to five years of sex offender probation, in addition to being declared a registered sex offender and a convicted felon.
“This case was a collaborative effort, and I commend our Community Policing Division deputies and Major Case Unit detectives who investigated this case,” said Sheriff Rick Staly. “This pervert is now a registered sex offender for life, and on top of that the judge declared that he can never return to the Chick-fil-A where this incident occurred. I guess he’ll have to like hamburgers, which won’t make the billboard cows happy! While I would have liked to see a prison sentence, we don’t control that part of the criminal justice system; besides, I doubt he will be successful on probation and will eventually go to prison for violating his probation.”
