Man Arrested After Exposure at Restaurant Drive-Thru
Date:Wednesday, May 20, 2026
The Flagler County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Palm Coast man after he exposed himself to employees at a drive-thru.
On May 13, deputies responded to Ellianos Coffee in Palm Coast after receiving a report that a customer exposed himself to employees while ordering at the drive-thru window. An employee told deputies a black male came to the drive-thru to place an order in a dark-colored van and made gestures that made the employee uncomfortable, including rubbing a $20 bill on his erect penis covered by his shorts while making facial expressions and attempting to draw the employee’s attention toward his genitals. The employee left the window and notified a second employee.
When the second employee approached the drive-thru window, the employee observed the man with his penis exposed and described him as moving his penis around. The employee told detectives he served the man his coffee to get him to leave due to multiple vehicles in line behind his van, which he did.
Using investigative means, deputies identified the suspect as Cory White, 29, of Palm Coast, after he used a phone number while ordering that was connected to a rewards account belonging to his family. Deputies also determined White’s vehicle was seen on cameras in the area of the business on May 13.

Detectives conducted a photo lineup, and the victim positively identified White as the man in the driver’s seat at the drive-thru during the incident.
On May 19, detectives met with White at his residence. White stated he was at Ellianos and remembered interacting with two employees, but denied exposing himself. White stated it was possible the employees saw the “outline” of his penis from underneath his shorts. White further stated that none of his needs are met “on this property,” referring to his residence. White advised, “I’m a dude, and the urge is always there for sure,” but he stated that he steers clear of that now after being in trouble for it in the past.
In 2023, White pleaded guilty to indecent exposure after exposing himself in a GameStop parking lot to a victim.
“This is the second case in just a few months that we have arrested perverts exposing themselves to innocent workers at a drive-thru,” said Sheriff Rick Staly. “This kind of behavior is disgusting, and no employee just trying to work should be exposed to this type of behavior. This is White’s second time he has been arrested for this type of behavior. Since he didn’t learn last time, he needs a harsh penalty and get the help he needs before he continues to escalate his disturbing behavior.”
White was arrested for exposure of sex organs, second offense, and transported to the Sheriff Perry Hall Inmate Detention Facility, where he was later released on a $2,500 bond.
White pleaded no contest to to burglary of a structure, grand theft and petit theft in 2023.
