Unsolved homicide. Case #97-23163. Who: Robert Picard. When: 09/20/1997. Where: 158 West County Road 2006 (Bunnell, FL). About the case: Robert was reported missing on September 20, 1997 after he had not been seen for several weeks. Upon investigation, FCSO found a large amount of dried blood inside Robert's residence and evidence that a body may have been drug from the residence. A suspect, who was a juvenile at the time, was developed and it was discovered that he had burglarized Robert's residence prior to his disappearance. Robert's body has never been located, but rumors throughout the years are that the suspect (and accomplices) disposed of Robert's body in or around Dead Lake.
