Case #08-54874. Missing Person. Who: Patricia Ferro. When: 09/25/2008. Where: Coral Reef Court (Palm Coast, FL). About the case: Patricia was reported mising by an out-of-state family member. Deputies attempted to make contact with Patricia at her last known address and found out she had been evicted a year prior. An investigation revealed that Patricia was a known heroin addict and that FCSO had previously found her license and other property under the Hammock Dunes Bridge in 2007. It was also determined that Patricia had been a recipient of Social Security and food stamps, but had not attempted to use these benefits in over a year.
