All Civil Process is handled pursuant to the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure as well as Florida Statutes and requires an original or certified copy, a service copy and attachments, Sheriff Fee, and best known address where parties can be located. Please note a levy will require additional documentation.

Fugitive Unit
The Fugitive Unit is responsible for locating and arresting persons wanted in Flagler County. Depending on the arrest warrant the Fugitive Unit works with other law enforcement agencies across the country and the United States Marshal’s Service to locate and extradite wanted fugitives back to Flagler County to stand trial for the offenses they are wanted for. If you are wanted, we will find you and bring you back.
