Palm Coast Services
The Palm Coast District Office is located at 14 Palm Harbor Village Way in Palm Coast.
Commander Kenny Goncalves is responsible for providing operational services for District 2. Commander Phil Reynolds serves as the liaison to the City of Palm Coast at City Hall.
Co-located in the District 2 office is the volunteer Citizens Observer Patrol (C.O.P) program, the Traffic Unit, and Bicycle Unit.
The District 2 office is staffed Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. by a Public Service Officer and civilian personnel along with volunteers who are available to answer questions from the public and take reports.
The substation provides public fingerprinting services on most days. The cost for these services is $10 for electronic submissions and $10 for ink fingerprint impressions. Notary Public Services are free. Gun and Concealed Weapons Permit Applications are also available. Residents may also obtain a local background check for $10, file a police report, arrange for special details for police services, request a vacation watch, VIN Verification, or citation sign-off.
